Staff Reporter, Dhaka : The Premier Bank Limited held a discussion meeting with Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) recently at Renaissance Dhaka Gulshan Hotel. Mr. B.H. Haroon, M.P and Director of The Premier Bank Limited graced the occasion as Chief Guest while Mr. M Shahadat Hossain Taslim, President of HAAB joined as Special Guest. Mr. M. Reazul Karim, FCMA, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank presided over the meeting attended by Mr. Muhammed Ali, Advisor to the Bank, Mr. Alhajj Maulana Fozlur Rahman, Vice President of HAAB, Mr. Maulana Yakub Sharafati, Senior Vice President of HAAB along with Mr. Shahed Sekandar, Additional Managing Director, Mr. Syed Nowsher Ali, Additional Managing Director and Mr. Shamsuddin Chowdhury, Additional Managing Director of the Bank.

Chief Guest Mr. B.H. Haroon, MP and Director of The Premier Bank Limited stated at the beginning of his speech that Premier Bank has continued to serve Hajj travelers while maintaining excellent standing with HAAB. He also discussed the new policies, rules and regulations developed and implemented by the present government to further benefit Hajj travelers.

Special Guest Mr. M. Shahadat Hossain Taslim, President of HAAB spoke about the new policies incorporated in the recent agreement established in Jedda between Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia regarding Hajj travelers as well as the benefits of digitalization of the Hajj registration process. He expressed his sincere gratitude to Premier Bank for their continued support of HAAB and Hajj travelers ever since the beginning of Hajj banking services in Bangladesh.

Mr. M. Reazul Karim, FCMA, Managing Director and CEO of the Bank stated in his speech that Premier Bank will always stand in service of Hajj travelers and expressed his genuine appreciation for members of Hajj Agencies Association of Bangladesh (HAAB) present at the discussion meeting.

Management personnel from HAAB and Additional Managing Directors and above ranked bank officials were present at the event.
