Apply the scrub on clean skin, massage the scrub with your hand or a loofah for about 10 minutes before rinsing it off. Follow up with a moisturizing lotion and you are good to go. One remarkable thing about this scrub is that it can be stored for about 3 months.

All you need for this hair mask is one ripe banana, ½ teaspoon yoghurt, and 1 teaspoon of coconut oil. Put all the ingredients in a bowl, and mash it all up. Apply the mixture on your hair and let it soak for half an hour before washing it off.

This hair mask is all you need this monsoon to protect the natural shine and sleekness of your hair. Coconut oil has a great number of potent vitamins, and fatty acids, while banana has potassium, carbohydrate and natural oils that can get rid of dandruff and frizzy hair. Additionally, the lactic acid in yoghurt will help to reduce dead cells in hair.
