Staff Reporter, DHaka : BRAC Bank Limited and PLI Asset Management Limited have signed a Custodial Services Agreement.

This agreement will enable BRAC Bank to provide custodial services to PLI Asset Management Limited for the operation of mutual fund titled “PLI AML 1st Unit Fund”, a new open-ended mutual fund.

Tareq Refat Ullah Khan, DMD & Head of Corporate Banking, BRAC Bank; and Mohammed Hafiz Uddin, Managing Director & CEO, PLI Asset Management; signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organizations at the bank’s head office in Dhaka on January 12, 2023.

Khan Muhammad Faisol, Senior Manager; Azmul Hasan Jahid from the Transaction Banking team of BRAC Bank, and Md. Jamal Uddin, DGM, Investment; & Tareqe Bin Siraj, DGM, Admin & HR, Company Secretary, PLI Asset Management Limited; were also present at the ceremony along with other senior officials of both organizations.
