Staff Reporter, Dhaka: vivo Bangladesh has concluded its nationwide University Photography Contest, “Dekha Hoy Nai Chokkhu Meliya,” drawing around 4,000 registrations across 12 public and private universities through a hands-on mobile photography experience with the vivo V70 FE.
The campaign encouraged university students to capture their perspectives through smartphone photography while experiencing the camera capabilities of the vivo V70 FE. During the campus activities, participants used the device to take photos based on the contest theme and share their work with a wider digital community.
The participating universities included Bangladesh Agricultural University, Begum Rokeya University, Comilla University, Gopalganj Science and Technology University, Islamic University of Technology, Khulna University of Engineering & Technology, Leading University, Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Rajshahi University, University of Chattogram, University of Dhaka, and Uttara University.
The initiative generated more than 3,500 photos captured using the vivo V70 FE, while over 800 posts were shared on vivo BD Community. The response reflected strong student participation and the growing role of smartphone photography in youth creativity and digital expression.

Chowdhury Supratik Barua from Comilla University was named the Champion and received a vivo V70 FE. In his reflection, he described, "Participating in this contest was an incredible experience, and winning among so many talented students nationwide is a matter of great pride," said Champion Chowdhury Supratik Barua. "This recognition inspires me to continue exploring visual storytelling, and I am deeply grateful to the organizers and my peers for this wonderful opportunity and support." The runner-up winners were Tanvirul Alom from Patuakhali Science and Technology University, Tahmid Alam from Uttara University, Abdullah Al Noman from Gopalganj Science and Technology University, and Al-Noman from University of Dhaka.
Each runner-up received a RIRO Smartwatch W1SE. By taking the vivo V70 FE directly to campuses, vivo Bangladesh connected with young consumers through creativity, technology, and community engagement. The campaign also highlighted how smartphone innovation can support modern visual storytelling among students.
