Staff Reporter, Dhaka : HBL announced the appointment of seasoned banking professional Parul Das as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for Bangladesh. With over 23 years of diverse experience in the financial sector, Parul Das will play a crucial role in driving strategic growth of HBL in the Bangladesh market.

Prior to joining HBL Bangladesh, Parul was the CFO at ONE Bank. Throughout her career, Parul has held prominent positions in esteemed organizations including Bangladesh Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and KPMG Bangladesh. Her comprehensive expertise encompasses financial operations, business finance, capital management, project management, and operational functions.

A graduate of the University of Chittagong, Ms. Das also holds the prestigious Fellow Member designation from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bangladesh (ICAB) and is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of England & Wales (ICAEW).
