As the auction for the upcoming edition concluded last year, all we have to do now is wait till the opening on March 31, 2023. Shakib Al Hasan:

Such a feat went on to contribute to the team’s final win. Till now, our left-hand medium pace bowler famous for his cutter has taken a total of 46 wickets across 46 IPL matches. His IPL journey included Sunrisers Hyderabad, Mumbai Indians, and Rajasthan Royals; and now fans are all set to watch our cutter master’s charismatic spells with Delhi Capitals.

Similar to the previous season, the teams have been split into two groups; Group A includes Mumbai, Knight Riders, Rajasthan Royals, Delhi Capitals, and Lucknow Super Giants, while Group B includes Super Chennai Kings, Royal Challengers Bangalore, Gujarat Titans, Punjab Kings, and Sunrisers Hyderabad. However, each team of this season will play the five teams from the other group twice and the other four from their own group once, leading to a total of 14 league games per team. The league phase will take place over 52 days, from March 31 to May 21, featuring 70 matches across 12 cities and including 18 double-headers. The regular venues include Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Mohali, with some matches being played in Guwahati (Royals’ second home) and Dharamsala (Kings’ second home).
