Staff Reporter, Dhaka : SEMC Football Fest-2024, organized by BAF Shaheen English Medium College (SEMC) commenced at Sports ground of BAF SEMC on 08 March 2024. The three day long tournament started with the participation of 20 teams from 11 esteemed English-medium schools of Dhaka under 3 different categories: Junior-Boys’, Senior-Boys’ & Girls’.

Air Officer Commanding of BAF Base Bashar and Chairman, Governing Body of BAF SEMC Air Vice Marshal Md Sharif Uddin Sarker, OSP, GUP, BPP, ndc, psc inaugurated the SEMC Football Fest-2024 through releasing balloons and festoons. In the opening match, Junior Boys team of BAF SEMC played against Junior Boys team of European Standard School. BAF SEMC team made draw with European Standard School team by 0-0 goal.

Among others, senior BAF officers, teachers and students were present on the occasion. Mentionable that the closing ceremony of SEMC Football Fest-2024 will be held on 10 March 2024.
