MIR Group introduces ‘MIR Care Plus’ to Ensure Better Customer Service

Staff Reporter Dhaka : To ensure easier communication and service for clients and customers, MIR Group has recently launched ‘MIR Care Plus’. This service, launched earlier on October 24, 2022, is meant to make it simpler for customers of MIR Group to share their concerns, and receive all necessary information regarding their products and services.

MIR Group recognizes the importance of customer service. Hence, they have introduced MIR Care Plus as a means to connect with and provide utmost priority to its customers. To get all their queries easily solved, customers can simply message on the number 01936000100. This service can also be availed through WhatsApp, using the same number. MIR Care Plus is applicable for the customers of all Strategic Business Units (SBU) under MIR Group, including Mir Cement, Mir Concrete Block, Mir Ready Mix and Mir Real Estate.
