Dhaka, 10 May : IPDC Joyee, an initiative by IPDC Finance PLC, announces its participation in the Banker-SME Women Entrepreneur Fair – 2025, organized by Bangladesh Bank from May 8 to May 11, 2025, at Bangla Academy, Ramna, Dhaka. The fair is a flagship initiative by Bangladesh Bank, showcasing women-led enterprises across the country and acknowledging their achievements through the SME Women Entrepreneur Award – 2024.

As part of its ongoing commitment to building inclusive and supportive ecosystems for women, IPDC Joyee is introducing a first-of-its-kind temporary Day Care Center at the fair, in collaboration with Rainbow Valley Early Childhood Development—a valued client and trusted partner in early childhood care.

The Day Care Center is designed to support women entrepreneurs, officials, and visitors attending the event with their children. It features four specialized zones to ensure safety, comfort, and engagement for children. ‘Apon Bhubon’ is for a safe and joyful play area, ‘Gyaner Bhubon’ is for a colorful reading zone filled with storybooks, ‘Swapner Bhubon’ is for a peaceful napping area for rest and relaxation and finally, ‘Nirapod Bhubon’ is for a private space for breastfeeding and diaper changing. Additional facilities also include experienced caregivers/nannieson-call doctor and nurse for emergencies and certified child development experts.

BRAC Institute of Educational Development (BRAC IED), BRAC University, has also joined hands with IPDC Joyee for this initiative. Their architect has thoughtfully designed an outdoor play zone titled ‘Bahirer Bhubon’ to provide children with a joyful open-air experience. Additionally, BRAC IED will be present at the information booth to offer guidance on daycare services as well as early childhood development courses and training programs for interested women entrepreneurs and visitors. For the well-being of children at the daycare, BRAC Healthcare is also providing on-site medical support through a doctor and a nurse.

To ensure accessibility, IPDC Joyee has introduced the ‘Ucchash Package’– a dedicated day-care service offering exclusive benefits for women entrepreneurs of the fair, other participants and visitors.

Nawshad Mustafa, Director, SME & Special Programmes Department of Bangladesh Bank remarked, “We really appreciate this thoughtful initiative by IPDC Finance. Introducing a dedicated Day Care Center at the fair is a commendable step toward building a more inclusive environment for women entrepreneurs those who are mothers.”
