Staff Reporter, Dhaka : IPDC Finance PLC. has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Urban Design & Development Ltd, marking a new step toward expanding accessible home financing opportunities for customers. The signing ceremony took place on 8th October 2025 and was graced by IPDC Finance PLC.’s Managing Director, Mr. Rizwan Dawood Shams.

The MoU was officially signed by Mr. Mohammad Monirul Islam, Head of Retail Business, on behalf of IPDC Finance PLC., and Mr. Hasib M Abdullah, Chief Operating Officer, on behalf of Urban Design & Development Ltd.

Also present at the event were Mr. Mohammad Shahidul Islam, Head of Distribution, Retail Business; Mr. Mehedi Mahmood Khan, Head of Mortgage, Retail Business; Mr. Md.
