Staff Reporter, Dhaka : Today (18 October 2023) Chief of Army Staff Parade of Corps of Signals Recruit Batch-2023 was held at Signal Training Centre and School, Jashore Cantonment. General Officer Commanding (GOC) 55 Infantry Division and Area Commander Jashore Area Major General Md Mahbubur Rashid, SPP, ndu, psc reviewed the parade as Chief Guest. A total number of 597 recruits of Corps of Signals (569 male and 28 female) joined the Bangladesh Army as new soldiers through this parade.

The Chief Guest mentioned the glorious heritage of Bangladesh Army and its contribution to the country’s service during his speech. He also encouraged the young soldiers to devote themselves to the service of the country.

Apart from senior Army Officers, other Officers, Junior Commissioned Officers, Soldiers of other ranks and invited guests were present on the occasion.
