Staff Reporter, Dhaka : Bengal Commercial Bank launched “Customer Support Centre” to provide 24/7 banking service to the clients. From now on, customer can avail the service of “Customer Support Centre” by calling “16796” at any time.
Md. Jashim Uddin, Chairman of the Bank and President of SAARC Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SCCI) officially launched the “Customer Support Centre” recently at the Bank’s Head Office in Gulshan. Mahbubul Alam, Vice Chairman of the Bank and President of FBCCI; other Directors; Tarik Morshed, Managing Director & CEO of the Bank; DMDs were also present at the ceremony along with other high Officials.
