staff reporter Dhaka : Bashundhara PHC Pile, a concern of Safwan Bashundhara Global (SBG), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with leading PHC pile driving companies at a formal signing ceremony held on the evening of 8 January 2026 at ICCB Heritage Restaurant, Dhaka. The ceremony marked a significant step toward reinforcing strategic cooperation in the foundation and construction sector, aiming to ensure enhanced quality, efficiency, and reliability in PHC pile applications across the country.
The event was graced by SBG’s continued commitment to strengthening industry partnerships and promoting sustainable growth within Bangladesh’s rapidly expanding infrastructure and real estate landscape. The guests of ceremony were KM Zahid Uddin, Deputy Managing Director, BRMCIL, SBG; and Shahid Hasan Lynn, Senior Executive Director of East West Property Development (Pvt.) Ltd. Their participation reflected the strategic importance of the collaboration and SBG’s integrated approach to construction and development.
The ceremony was further attended by Md. Enamul Islam, Head of Sales, PHC Pile and PC Wall, SBG, and Shakeb Kamal Ahmed, General Manager, Brand & Marketing, Cement, Real Estates & Construction Materials, SBG, along with other senior officials from Safwan Bashundhara Global. Representatives and designated signatories from the partnering PHC pile driving companies were also present, adding to the significance of the occasion.
The Memorandum of Understanding was formally signed on behalf of Safwan Bashundhara Global by KM Zahid Uddin, Deputy Managing Director, BRMCIL, while the respective agreements were executed by the owners or authorized representatives of the PHC pile driving companies. The MoU outlines a framework for closer collaboration in supplying, installing, and maintaining high-quality PHC pile solutions in line with international standards and best industry practices.
This strategic partnership is expected to enhance coordination, ensure technical excellence, and support timely project execution across major infrastructure, industrial, and real estate developments. Through this initiative, Bashundhara PHC Pile aims to further strengthen its leadership position in the construction materials sector while contributing to safer, stronger, and more sustainable foundations for national development.
