Staff Reporter Dhaka : Dhaka North and South Zone of Islami Bank Bangladesh Limited organized a discussion program on ‘Compliance of Shari‘ah in Banking Operations’ on 9 November 2022, Wednesday at Islami Bank Tower. Mufti Mohammad Muhibbullahil Baqee, Member of Shari`ah Supervisory Committee of the bank addressed the program as chief guest and Muhammad Qaisar Ali, Additional Managing Director of the bank as special guest. Presided over by Muhammad Sayeed Ullah, Head of Dhaka North Zone, Sikder Md. Shehabuddin, Head of Dhaka South Zone addressed the welcome speech. Muhammad Habibur Rhman, Vice President of Shari‘ah secretariat discussed on benefits of shariah compliance in banking operations. Investment clients of the bank attended the program.
